We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Monta’s financial planning and analysis activities, providing critical insights to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support Montas strategic planning process.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and provide financial guidance and support.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous process improvements in financial planning and analysis methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Assist in the evaluation of strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business cases through financial modeling and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, or a combination of audit/accounting and FP&A.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheet/Excel, FP&A systems).
• Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and metrics
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, desire to learn, and ability to drive results independently.
• Experience in the technology industry or a fast-growing environment is a plus.
