Fleet Administrator

The Fleet Administrator will be a valued member of our operations team.  

This individual will help improve our fleet operations.  This will be done by communicating clearly with the operations managers, Fleet Manager, and fleet based vendors.   

The individual will be responsible to: 

• Track all fleet assets by location, department and employee
• Keeping company asset records up to date (registrations, Insurance, licenses, etc)
• Help securing assets and bring through the delivery finish line 
• Manage asset maintenance is done as scheduled
• Work with various 3rd party vendors to help support fleet functions
• Work with safety to track safe driving via GPS trackers 
• Develop reporting ( Vehicle spend, Fuel consumption, Miles driven, EZ pass spend, etc) 
• Manage rentals that are needed to make sure operation is not slowed down

What we are looking for: 

• 1-2 years of proven clerical experience 
• 1-2 year of fleet management experience
• Highly organized 
• Computer literate 
• Great communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Preferred experience with DMV licencing and permitting 

What you will need to succeed in this position:

• 3+ year of experience working in a high paced environment
• Excel/ Database experience
• Being able to collaborate with many different people
