This person will be critical in supporting commercial and ops business partners to understand key P&L drivers and develop systems to support those teams. In addition, the analyst will help improve our forecasting accuracy, accountability, and transparency across the B2B business. This position is expected to play a key role in leading the B2B ingredients business to success while working cross functionally with other groups within the organization.

Essential functions: Responsible for working with key business partners on building and reporting weekly sales files and forecasts/budgets for our B2B businessContribute with the development and execution of strategy across the B2B business Building of customer profitability matrices and support the commercial teams as we introduce products to market Collaborate with the commercial and ops teams to gain better understandings on key drivers of the business
Other functions:Responsible for maintaining customer pricing and setting of benchmarks for commercial teams Development of cost pricing and end customer pricing for new product developmentsLeverage technology platforms and data to develop better tools that provide an accurate and timely view of the businessCreate financial models & provide ad-hoc financial analysisBuild alongside the commercial and R&D teams a rolling 5-year strategic plan for the B2B businessContribute with the development and execution of strategy across the B2B business Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with business partners (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate and Supply Chain)Partner with B2B teams on understanding and driving/leading efforts that can be improved Month end accounts review preparation and presentation to business leaders and P&L ownersCapex tracking for all teams in the B2B businessCollaborate with the R&D and Strategy & Development teams on profitability of key product linesProjects as requested by management
