Octopus Energy ECO is insulating homes across the UK, but with that insulation work comes the need for a great leader as we grow and become a significant influencer in the insulation space!
We're looking for a new Field Manager to help us deliver a leading service to customers, whilst maintaining the highest industry standards.
This role is remote, but will require frequent travel to our Nottingham and Sheffield sites.

What you'll do
Deliver insulation installations in line with the needs of the business and provide accurate information for scheduling purposesDemonstrate a strong technical knowledge on all insulation mattersFocus the teams on delivering the best customer service availableManage field based teams on a daily basis ensuring end goals and targets are reachedLook to the future and deliver against longer term plansManage a team of In House Delivery staff to reach KPI’s on service and volumesBe a “point of contact” for all staff when it comes to Field based insulation installation.Provide consistent and accurate reporting to their line Manager.Attend and represent In House Delivery in all suitable meetings, both virtual and face to face
