Born out of research con­duct­ed for NASA on microbes in Yellowstone Nation­al Park, the company’s break­through tech­nol­o­gy pro­duces Fy™. Fy is a new-to-the-world, nutri­tion­al fun­gi protein that only uses a frac­tion of the resources required by tra­di­tion­al agri­cul­ture. We use Fy to make delicious, nutritious, and sustainable meat and dairy alternatives.

The Fermentation Scientist/Engineer will report to the Director Strain, Build & Design and play a critical role in developing strategies to explore the potential of our amazingly versatile organism, Fy. A successful candidate will be a positive and energetic self-starter, while balancing lab work and documentation. The right candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and display exceptional multi-tasking skills while managing priorities. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
