We are seeking an Exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer and Finance leadership team. This role demands a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can operate with discretion and strategic foresight.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives in public companies, with a proven ability to manage complex calendars, confidential information, and high-stakes interactions with investors, board members, and senior stakeholders. The Role
- Schedule meetings for the CFO and other members of management, including conference rooms, background materials, agendas, action items, ...
- Assist with creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations.
- Compose and edit correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material requiring judgment as to content, accuracy, and completeness.
- Manage correspondence between departments.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professional acumen.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and teleconferences, including lunch meetings and training sessions.
- Host on-site meetings with dignitaries and investors.
- Coordinate and manage senior executives’ challenging calendars and maintain Outlook contact files.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the team.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline departmental workflow and communications.
- Track and report departmental expenses; code invoices for approval and signature.
- Operate proactively, anticipating needs and initiating action without requiring supervision.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in performing all duties.

Qualifications
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience) with financial background strongly preferred; experience supporting and working closely with Finance teams.
- 10+ years of executive assistant experience with direct experience supporting C-Suite executives (CFO experience highly desirable).
- Experience working for a public company is preferred.
- Ability to accurately solve problems and exceptional proficiency in data management.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, Board members, suppliers, and visitors.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Comfort around higher management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional writing skills with correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition, and vocabulary.
