As an Autonomy Data Scientist, you analyze how the self-driving system performs across a wide range of real-world scenarios. Your work focuses on understanding disengagements, success rates, and other key metrics to assess system behavior, diagnose issues, and track progress over time.
These insights are critical for guiding engineering decisions and operational strategy. By delivering clear, data-driven evaluations of autonomy performance, you help Zoox prioritize improvements, measure readiness, and accelerate safe and scalable deployment.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $169,000 to $203,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
