WE BELIEVE THERE’S A BETTER WAY TO FEED OUR FUTURE.
By shifting from animal to plant-based meat, we can positively affect the planet, the environment, the climate and even ourselves. After all, the positive choices we make every day – no matter how small – can have a great impact on our world.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
At Beyond Meat, we started with simple questions. Why do you need an animal to create meat? Why can’t you build meat directly from plants? Thus, we make plant-based meats that allow families to eat more, not less, of the traditional dishes they love while feeling great about the health, sustainability, and animal welfare benefits of plant protein. Our goal is to bring exciting change to the plate—and Beyond.
At Beyond Meat, we are focused on raising the bar on talent. We are dedicated to shaping an inclusive culture that drives excellence, innovation, and results by enabling talent acceleration and development, engagement, and the employee experience.
The Employee Relations & Employee Experience Partner plays a critical role in helping to shape our culture, acting as a coach and advisor to business leaders regarding people and strategy. The ER & EEP will partner with business leaders and teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions and strategies, and ensure results and impact. This role will report to the Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance and will interface directly with company leadership across product, business, and functional teams, working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders in driving a talent agenda that aligns with business priorities.
