Role Description
We are looking for an EHS Site Lead to manage, develop, and lead safety programs for our Pennsylvania location. Reporting to the Senior EHS Manager (who is based in our MA headquarters), you will collaborate with other EHS site leaders in our MA and CA locations to support planning for current R&D, future pilot and production line manufacturing.

What You'll Do:
Work closely with the PA site facility manager and process development engineers to ensure safe installation and operation of in-house designed battery R&D equipmentPropose simple yet effective EHS solutions to help our technology groups achieve their project timelinesManage OSHA programs (e.g., hazardous energy, machinery and guarding, process safety programs) Risk mitigation for process development and management of changeSupport multimedia permits, licenses and compliance of regulatory thresholds Champion near miss reporting, corrective actions, and leading feedback sharing to enhance our processes and programsWhat You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in applicable OSHA and EPA programsCSP(ASP), CHMM, CIH preferred Creative problem solving skills Previous EHS program management experience and an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a variety of teams Ability to analyze leading and lagging indicators to inform program and process improvementsPrior experience in a fast-paced research and development environment preferred
