We are seeking a talented and driven scientific director to join the science organization and contribute to our discovery and design projects. In this role, you will bring your leadership and expertise in crop biology to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies and products aimed at revolutionizing agriculture and addressing global food security challenges.
The right candidate enjoys a “scale-up” atmosphere and is flexible, shows good judgment, takes initiative and is willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to achieve goals and deliverables. Excellent scientific and people leadership skills as well as communication skills are essential for this role as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The position is located in Ghent, Belgium.
