In this role, you will play a strategic pivotal role that be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management for China market, execute the strategy and planning of the overall vehicle line-up and lifecycle, generate local market intelligence.
 
You are required to act as the voice of the market and voice of the customer on product development, working with Engineering, Digital, Design, Marketing and other cross functional teams in different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead China product team to develop product strategies with a focus on short and long term goals.
  • Generate China market intelligence materials, stay on top of competitive landscapes, market requirements, product technology trends, industry changes and build strategies to address gaps 
  • Act as the key product contact for portfolio strategy to enhance China business by establishing strong portfolio positioning with clear, customer-centric value proposition with reasonable pricing & volume strategies which align with overall brand objectives.
  • End-to-end product lifecycle management for China market. Work effectively with global HW&SW engineering/product design/product marketing counterparts to develop the shared technology platform and regional unique contents by providing regional product positioning with customer profile and product definitions that serve customers effectively. Ensure the regional requirements be considered in BU product profile.
  • Generate product messaging throughout product life cycle from definition to market launch to post-market launch and empower the local operations to drive revenue and profit growth.

  • Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience in product strategy planning, product marketing, product definition.  
  • Experience on working in multinational environment with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work in teams and collaborate effectively with x-functional team in different regions
  • Strong business acumen and good understanding of P&L
  • Ability to dig out consumer insights, market trend, creating product excellence in BEV and software-defined vehicle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented, stay focus and keep high efficiency 
  • Self-disruptive, curious and keep learning
