As the Director, People Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our company’s objectives to drive the success of our workforce through Workforce Planning, People Analytics, and People Strategic Initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, HR professionals, and cross-functional teams to design and execute programs that enhance our People Team and Company’s people needs. Your strategic thinking, analytic skills, and operational expertise will be critical in ensuring the People Team’s effectiveness and efficiency in supporting our rapidly expanding organization.
