This role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and collaborates closely with direct reports as well as Rachio’s Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.

  • Identify and own customer KPI/Metrics reporting (OTIF, Compliance)
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturers and fulfillment partners, including regular travel to sites
  • Establish and own supply chain metrics for production and logistics, including third-party performance against SLAs and key metrics, identifying flags to take action
  • Support demand and supply planning through S&OP and adjust production plans as needed; regularly update contract manufacturers and other production partners on forecast and build schedule timing
  • Own inventory management across 3PL warehouses to optimize for target inventory levels and key metrics
  • Ensure reverse logistics and returns processes are efficient, and any defect data is analyzed and actioned as needed
  • Lead integrations/automation projects to reduce manual entries and increase efficiencies, as well as data accuracy and availability
  • Own SKU setup and management across multiple systems (NetSuite, 3PL, manufacturing MRP, and retail partners) and ensure they sync appropriately
  • Conduct analyses for supply chain and logistics optimizations with recommendations

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing operations or fulfillment/logistics management role, preferably for an outsourced supply chain (specifically contract manufacturers and/or 3PLs) involving consumer products
  • “Owner’s” attitude, including a willingness to tackle problems through to solutions and an ability to work both independently and across functions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute action plans derived from gathering and analyzing supply chain performance data
  • Demonstrated success in building out and maintaining S&OP process. Preferably with multiple channels/customers and across multiple CMs
  • Experience working in fast paced environments with start-up level resources
  • Analytical with strong, demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Detailed with strong organizational and process oriented mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a diverse audience

Decision-makers protect the time to collaboratively explore and welcome wild and unconventional ideas.
