We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist as part of our European Marketing Team. In this role, you will lead localization for websites and digital platforms, as well as support digital marketing plans in Europe. The ideal candidate is a creative, collaborative, and highly motivated individual with experience managing content and conversion across international websites and digital channels. They have experience in localization programs, processes, and tools as well as digital advertising and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of content across European locales, localizing content as required for web, configurator, customer portal and other digital platforms
  • Assisting with translations and managing the sign-off process for content with local and global teams 
  • Define business requirements, working with teams such as product, sales, brand-planning content and technical requirements
  • Creating user stories to support customer-oriented improvements, manage web tickets, bug fixes, and content changes, for European locales and digital platforms. Support QA and UAT processes.
  • Coordinating with our systems team, Salesforce team on data integration and working with legal to ensure compliance with European data privacy regulations 
  • Manage and optimize website content for SEO, working with our global team to develop our current SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building and more.
  • Work with media agency to develop and deploy Paid Search/Adwords, Paid media, display and social advertising campaigns, tracking and reporting on campaign results
  • Use analytics tools and business intelligence software to monitor the performance of websites and paid media to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in digital marketing, web development or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant digital-related working experience 
  • Good mix of technical, creative and marketing skills, ideally with international web localization and digital advertising experience. 
  • Experience working with CMS systems, ideally with Drupal, AEM, or others. eCommerce and digital pricing/FS experience an advantage. 
  • Experience analyzing web and media performance using Google Analytics, Google Adwords and other tools
  • Self-motivated, creative, responsible, with excellent attention to detail
  • An effective and collaborative approach to working with local and global teams
  • Fluent English, other European languages an advantage
