As the Delivery Operations Program Manager, Europe you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end physical operations of our Delivery process in Europe from the moment the car enters the market all the way to the delivery bay. This person is critical to Lucid’s overall success as they are responsible for one of the earliest steps in the regional operational journey. This person will need to work with various stakeholders across different business units in Europe and North America to run and optimize a successful program. The ideal candidate has unique cross-functional experience in managing operational processes and teams across the finished vehicle movements and the delivery readiness processes, while constantly focusing on improving overall operational efficiencies.

The Role:

  • Optimize and run the European Delivery Operations Program with a focus on making it as efficient, qualitative and fast as the vehicle(s) being delivered
  • Drive project plans for various critical operational workstreams, operating as the primary stakeholder for vehicle movements and readiness and working in lockstep with your Delivery Experience Program partner.
  • You will work closely with teams including, but not limited to, Delivery Experience, Logistics, Service, Engineering, and local vendors to ensure the car is at the right location, on time and ready when the customer is prepared to take delivery of their vehicle(s)
  • Develop initial network of cosmetic repairs vendors in locations, coordinate agreements and prepare local capacity to support vehicle readiness activities
  • Coordinate the headcount and budget plan for the field delivery operations organization within Service based on volume expectations
  • Help develop KPIs specific to the delivery program; the main focuses are customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and quality.
  • Relentlessly focus on process improvement and technical solutions to help scale the overall delivery program
  • Standardize the inspection, technical and cosmetic activities for the field teams to execute
  • Co-own the creation of market-specific playbooks for Lucid’s delivery operations
  • Create and enforce a mindset of operational excellence across the entire chain to enable a unique customer experience
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives
  • Support and enable proposals for different levels of delivery experiences based on customer-preference
  • Willing and able to be hands on in the field when necessary
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational roles in Supply Chain, Logistics, Automotive or Dealership operations with a solid foundation of cross-functional, international coordination and exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operational process management with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launch
  • Solid experience in international operational processes and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact the overall end customer experience
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and an ability to build solid, efficient processes in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the region
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 year
