BA/BS instructional design/ education related field or equivalent experience6+ years’ experience in instructional design and curriculum supportDeep understanding of the adult learning theory Experience with Articulate 360Proven expertise identifying the right style and level of content for various audiencesPossess a track record of creating compelling, innovative, and comprehensive hands-on self-study or expert-led learning experiencesExcellent writing skills and attention to detailAbility to align identified tasks and skills to learning objectives Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
