Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This is a 3-6 month contract.

As a Contract NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NetSuite ERP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations.
Lead the implementation of NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, and other relevant functionalities.
Customize and configure NetSuite to align with business processes and workflows.

System Integration:

Integrate NetSuite with other systems and applications as needed.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other platforms.

Customization and Scripting:

Develop SuiteScripts and SuiteFlow workflows to address unique business requirements.
Customize forms, records, and fields to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Data Migration and Management:

Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred into NetSuite.
Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality.

User Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively navigate and utilize NetSuite.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users, addressing issues and optimizing user experience.

System Optimization:

Proactively identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
Stay current with NetSuite updates and new features to leverage them for the benefit of the organization.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
Create user guides and training materials as needed.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into system configurations.
Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite customization tools.
Experience with system integrations and data migration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
NetSuite certification is a plus.

Salary Range: $45.00 USD - $55.00 USD

Salary Basis: Hourly

Duration: 3-6 months contract
