What you'll do
Own the procurement subportfolio on scaffolding and other third party services, managing supplier relationships and driving category performance. Support the development and execution of the category strategy that aligns with company objectives and delivers measurable resultsLead sourcing and contracting efforts through to completion and drive broader category-specific opportunities.Work closely with operations teams and be the main commercial contact for suppliers. Leading regular performance reviews on key metrics whilst driving strong partnerships.Closely monitor adherence and manage risks. Ensure suppliers meet regulatory and other industry requirements with support from the wider business. Proactively work with suppliers to align on growth plans. Ensuring suppliers scale capacity and capability to meet operational requirements within required regions. Identify and implement value and efficiency improvements across the portfolio in the spirit of proactive continuous improvement. Work cross functionally across the business to measure and improve supplier performance. What you'll need
Experience in commercial contract and supplier management within the third party services space. Comfortable leading supplier negotiations and driving value-added outcomes.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, contracts, and projects simultaneously.Forward-thinking and growth mindset, able to anticipate challenges and deliver practical solutions.Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment and adjusting to evolving priorities.
Desirable: Deep understanding of the scaffolding sector, including key trends, regulations, networks and market dynamics.
