About the Role
The Chief of Staff, HelioScope will work closely with the General Manager of HelioScope to ensure efficient coordination among the team for the successful delivery of their goals. This role will act as a strategic thought partner for the General Manager, possessing both a strategic and quantitative approach. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for promoting significant cross-functional teamwork, including collaboration between the HelioScope functional teams and other teams within Aurora, including the executive leadership team.
Additionally, the role will own various special projects, such as new project introductions, partnerships, and M&A initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also work with the CEO to establish meeting agendas, project timelines, and accountability mechanisms to ensure that follow-up actions are clearly articulated and completed.
What You’ll Do
Align team and drive toward goal attainment
Own internal communications - both across the functional team (including running the agendas for the Leadership Team meetings and All Hands meetings), as well as with broader stakeholders (Aurora Executive leadership, and customers/partners)
Build business cases or quantitative models as necessary (e.g. for new product introductions, partnerships, or M&A opportunities)
Fully own specific initiatives
What We Value
Minimum BA or BS degree; advanced degree (MBA) a plus
3+ years of relevant management consulting or investment banking experience, or 2+ years of management consulting/banking, combined with 2+ years in a Chief-of-Staff role in another fast-based company
Experience in B2B-SaaS is a nice-to-have
Experience in SaaS-for-contractors is a nice-to-have
