• Erfahrung mit Techniken, die gerade im Einsatz sind (Titration, CSB-Bestimmung, ICP-OES).

• Erfahrung und Motivation, Methoden eigenständig zu verbessern oder zu entwickeln.

• Ausbildung zum Chemielaborant

• Laborerfahrung (abgedeckt über die Ausbildung)

• Erfahrung in analytischer Chemie, insbesondere in nasschemischen Verfahren

• Selbstorganisation, Präzision und Genauigkeit!

• Gutes Auge für Ordnung im Labor.

• Ein Gefühl dafür, was genau wann gebraucht wird.

• Soziale Fähigkeiten: gute Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, Kommunikation, was möglich ist und was nicht (beeinhaltet auch, weniger erfahrene Kollegen darauf aufmerksam zu machen, wie Laborequipment richtig zu verwenden ist).
