What You Will Be Doing
The Channel Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by effectively managing processes, implementing innovative solutions, and enabling partner and sales team success.
- Streamline channel sales processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
- Articulate insights and actionable recommendations to senior management, ensuring clarity and fostering data-driven decision-making.
- Implement and manage EDI and API integration processes between ChargePoint and its partners to facilitate efficient data exchange and visibility into forecasting, orders, and point of sale metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to sales and partner processes.
- Manage various distribution partner programs, including obsolescence management, inventory rebalancing, debit/spa, and partner spares programs.
- Develop and maintain processes related to partner self-service capabilities, including access to invoices, orders, packing slips, reports, and dashboards.
- Streamline ordering and quoting processes by implementing guided selling tools and tracking mechanisms.
- Collaborate with channel teams and sales teams to optimize co-selling opportunity process and drive revenue growth.
- Manage partner directory in Salesforce, including ongoing maintenance and system enhancements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of partner data within SFDC for effective decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support and enablement for Salesforce Partner Connect initiatives, ensuring partners have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
- Oversee partner rebate program processes, ensuring accurate calculation, timely disbursement, and compliance with established policies and agreements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in channel sales operations or partner management, preferably in the hardware technology industry.
- Minimum 8+ years working with Channel Partners and Sales teams that support Channel Partners
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Communities (Partner Portal)
- Strong understanding of EDI and API integrations, with experience in implementation and management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Hands-on experience with developing dashboard and reports in Salesforce.
- Experience with managing projects in Jira and Confluence.
