Your key focus will be:

°  Working within the internal IT team your main responsibility will be to analyse internal business practices and identify areas of intervention from the infrastructure team to improve productivity and efficiency. 

°  Define, implement, and document business processes and ensure they are communicated throughout the organisation. 

°  Work with the Head of IT to build company-wide visibility of processes with a view to simplifying complexity.  

°  Ensure that our business processes adhere to internal and externally agreed standards.  

°  Work with internal stakeholders to identify new and existing business requirements, processes, and risks. 

°  Prioritise projects based on business and group requirements ensuring there is a continual improvement pipeline of work.  

°  Perform gap analyses and build a road map on how to move from one process to another. 

°  Act as liaison between business functions and IT Team. To build a pipeline of requirements for required process improvements across the organisation. 

°  Perform activity and data modelling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance management. 

°  Contribute to departmental goals by accomplishing related tasks as needed.  

Requirements

Is this the job for me?

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:

 

°  Previous experience (ideally 4-6 years) as a process engineer. 

°  Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.  

°  Experience in various project management styles Agile, Waterfall, prince2. 

°  Ability to break down complex workflows and look for areas of improvement. 

°  Excellent technical documentation writing experience. 

°  Experience working within a company that has ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 desirable.   

°  Willingness and motivation to learn new technical skills as required. 

°  A “can do” attitude, with a solutions-focused mindset. 

°  Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to influence at all levels across remote/dispersed teams. 

°  Ability to negotiate and drive understanding – able to assist teams with competing priorities and workloads to continue progressing multiple projects. 

°  Ability to know when to operate independently and when to proactively engage with others for support when needed – support a no-surprises culture. 

°  Experience working within an agile environment. 

°  Certification / Experience of TOGAF desirable.  

°  Structured, detailed, and organised approach with an open mind to innovation. 

°  The entrepreneurial spirit in maximising profit and finding opportunities.
