We are currently seeking a Business Process Associate to drive process recommendations for our customer-facing teams. This person will support the organization in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing new processes as well as process improvements. 

The overarching goals are to increase employee and customer satisfaction; maximize efficiency; lower costs; and ensure systems are designed with scalability in mind. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively taking initiative to provide value to the organization.

The Role

  • Create, document, analyze and iterate upon end-to-end processes across multiple departments
  • Be a leader in change management; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan, design, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
  • Ensure processes, policies, and standard operating procedures are updated and maintained
  • Work closely with our systems and development teams to determine and prioritize technical requirements
  • Partner with our training & enablement team to provide training support on new and updated processes 
  • Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement, eliminate mistakes and provide quick fixes
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives
  • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in process creation and improvement projects
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management activities including user acceptance testing
  • Proficiency in flowchart / diagram tools (e.g. Visio, LucidChart)
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for customer experience
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience across process design, operations or similar role
