About the role
We’re looking for a talented Business Operations Specialist to join the Octopus Electroverse for Business team, to offer next-level customer service and support our business customers in their transition to sustainable energy.
We’re growing fast at Electroverse, and this a new role to help support the existing business platform and support in the launch of a new product and market expansion.
This role is unique and dynamic—you're building everything from the ground up, and your contributions will directly shape the future of the company!

Support Clients: Provide exceptional support to both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have an awesome experience.Operationalise: Play a pivotal role in helping us grow by developing and implementing robust processes from scratch that drive outstanding client service.Vetting & KYB Checks: Handle the vetting of new sign-ups and conduct Know Your Business (KYB) checks to ensure compliance standardsCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our product and tech teams to address user requests and share feedback, making sure our products evolve to meet client needs.What You'll Need...
