The Role

As our founding Business Development Manager, you’ll be in charge of advancing sales and revenue growth at Moxion. You will work on building a network of contacts to draw in new customers, discover and execute emerging market opportunities, and manage growth initiatives while setting goals and developing plans for sales and revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Set goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
  • Research prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Skills to be successful:

  • 5+ years proven work history as a business development manager, sales executive, or in another position that is relevant
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Skills in negotiation and communication
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding organizing abilities
  • Ability to thrive without much instruction, to take initiative, and to deal with uncertainty
  • Capacity to multitask and manage complicated projects
  • Planning and time management abilities
