The Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) is a software for the digitalization and automation of technical processes for distribution grid operators.
As part of our Sales and Business Development team, you will directly influence the growth of envelio. Your task is to develop new projects for our product, the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) and to win grid operators as satisfied and long-term users. Within the team we attach great importance to a trustful cooperation as well as self-initiative and a high degree of responsibility.
As
Business Development Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for developing our customer base and expanding existing customer relationships.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You take care of the acquisition of new customers and take over the entire deal life cycle from lead qualification and validation to closing
- You identify new customer requirements and support the strategic development of our product and solution portfolio
- You represent envelio at different events (e.g. trade fairs, congresses, expert panels) and strengthen our position in the market
- You keep an eye on our processes and give impulses to increase the efficiency and quality of our work
What you need to succeed
You have completed a university degree in the field of industrial engineering, business administration with a specialization in technology management or a comparable course of study
You ideally have experience in business development, technical sales, as a management consultant or project developer in the energy supply sector
You are a strong communicator, have a confident manner and bring a solution-oriented "hands-on" thinking with you
You see yourself as a team player and support your colleagues at all times in order to achieve the common goal
You are fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
You bring a high degree of initiative and enjoy working independently
