We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to join our relentless pursuit of excellence that mandates an agile organization with the ability to rapidly implement Engineering changes. You will be responsible for managing complex Engineering Design Changes as it relates to our product offering. You will be managing multiple interfaces within the company to ensure engineering changes are successfully implemented through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework. You will maintain the source of truth for all engineering changes, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time for rapid implementation of complex engineering changes. You are the guide who will keep teams on track to meet the requirements set forward for the changes to be implemented and ensure changes are implemented in a controlled way.

You will work onsite at our location in San Carlos, CA and report into the Director of Program Management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to develop, implement, manage, and sustain the Product Lifecycle Management system in ARENA.
  • Be Responsible for all internal activities related to the successful implementation of all Engineering changes
  • Manage stakeholders such as multiple engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field operations teams to ensure successful and timely implementation of Engineering changes to our product line with other managers
  • Manage strategic change initiatives through product lifecycle management for a large portfolio of technology projects
  • Lead and facilitate “Change Review Board” meetings with leadership guiding all high-value change initiatives through stakeholder alignment and approval
  • Communicate complex concepts with clarity through impeccable communication and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
  • 5+ years of experience in Hard-tech product development.
  • 3+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or Product Lifecycle Management in the automotive, semiconductor, heavy industrial or similar sectors
  • 3+ Years Experience managing complex programs and changes
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and project management experience
  • Well-versed with program management skills and methodologies

$119,000$159,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
