About the role
We are currently seeking a talented AP Specialist. You will have the primary responsibility of working with our Finance team and Procurement team. This role includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, new vendor paperwork and payments.

What you will do
Perform day to day full cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.Receive, allocate and enter high volume invoices.Obtain appropriate verification(s) and approval(s) for invoices before posting.Code invoices according to company procedures.Prepare weekly payment batch.Timely responses to internal and external vendor inquires/issues.Track daily AP system sync log and resolve any discrepancy.Maintain effective, timely and professional communication with internal and external vendors.Shape a culture of collaboration, innovation, constant improvement, excellence, transparency, open mindedness, humility, integrity, efficiency, joy, compassion, and fulfillment.What a qualified candidate should possess
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience (or related).NetSuite and Tipalti experience preferred but not required.Comfort in fast-paced, rapid growth environments.Experience in public companies is a plus.A passion for sustainability, our mission, and our vision is a bonus!
