We are seeking a motivated Analyst, Contingent Workforce Systems with experience to support the operations, reporting, and continuous improvement of systems related to the contingent workforce—including Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass and Beeline. There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $162,000 to $195,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

In this role, you will:
Provide day-to-day support for users across WFM, VMS, and LMS platforms.Assist in system configuration, data entry, and issue resolution.Run and maintain standard and ad hoc reports from platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and SuccessFactors.Serve as the first line of support for end-user questions and issues.Maintain process documentation, user guides, and system FAQs.Work closely with HR, IT, Procurement, and vendors to support daily operations and ongoing projects.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.6+ years in an analyst, coordinator, or support role.Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)Exposure to HR, procurement, or workforce-related systems is a plusFamiliarity with platforms like SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone is a plus.
