As an Agile Coach, you will work with some of the smartest people in the industry to deliver market-leading energy storage products and services and digital applications for renewables and storage that enable the global clean energy transition. In this role, you will:
•Coach an amazing group of engineers in self-management, collaboration, and value delivery
•Choose the right Agile tools and frameworks for the right conditions and apply them to lead a positive, productive, and efficient team
•Support Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders in using proven techniques for effective backlog management
•Evaluate, manage, optimize, and document Agile tools and processes (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
•Facilitate ongoing product development processes and reporting
•Coordinate process improvement initiatives that optimize product development and delivery

•Experience applying Agile methods to cyber-physical products (integrated hardware + software products)
