Working Student (f/m/d) IT Operation

The two web-application platforms enable grid operators to digitalize and automate their processes.

We want you to join us as Working Student IT Operation (f/m/d). In your role, you will support the development of our internal data structure and business processes by leveraging no-code tools and automation. You will take care of our central data tables and make sure that all information is accurate and up to date. In your work you will collaborate with different teams and be able to use state-of-the art tools like Airtable and Zapier, and even evaluate and roll-out new ones!

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You lead the automation of our IT onboarding process and Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to streamline the employee onboarding experience
• You enhance our helpdesk ticketing system and design efficient processes to improve issue resolution times
• You manage and optimize the conference room setups, ensuring a seamless and productive meeting experience for our teams
• You oversee the maintenance and architecture of our internal servers to ensure optimal performance and security
• You create and maintain user and internal documentation (BPMN/flowchart) to facilitate efficient IT operations and support

What you need to succeed

• Enrolled student in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or any other relevant subject
• Interest and first experience with no-code automation tools such as Airtable & Zapier 
• Skripting skills in Python and Bash/ZSH
• Experience in IT onboarding, MDM, and helpdesk ticketing systems
• Entrepreneurial spirit - you like to solve new challenges with a structured, hands-on approach
• You are open-minded, flexible, and able to work in a team with different responsibilities
• Fluency in both English (C1) and German (B2) is required for this role
