About This Role:

Be a key player in launching our new Longhorn Warehouse in Abilene, TX, and then lead its ongoing success! This critical role will see you collaborating with Managers, Directors, and Supervisors to establish all necessary warehouse operations from the ground up. You'll have a direct impact on our logistics network by ensuring efficient and safe daily operations after the launch, adhering to established Crusoe standards. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced warehouse professional with a strong team-oriented approach, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating a safe and productive work environment. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to transport materials, ensuring proper packing, labeling, loading, and unloading for shipping and storage.

  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts, manage consumable inventory (including replenishment), and track capitalized equipment movement.

  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard, and ensure the facility is in good working order.

  • Administrative Tasks: Efficiently utilize Coupa to receive and process incoming parcels.

  • Safety Champion: Act as a safety ambassador, promoting a safe work environment for all employees and within the region.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Warehouse Experience: Proven prior warehouse experience, ideally with some supervisory or lead experience.

  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand/walk/stoop/bend for extended periods (8+ hours/day).

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Accountability & Integrity: Strong accountability and integrity.

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

  • Physical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily. Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.

  • Safety-Sensitive Position Requirement: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required. Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $55,000 - $70,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
