About The Team
The Warehouse & Materials team exists to ensure every part, kit, and shipment is exactly where it needs to be — at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right condition — so production can move without interruption. Our work directly enables Base to build and deploy reliable energy systems by creating a materials operation that is accurate, disciplined, and built for scale. The challenges we solve are tangible and high-impact: preventing line stoppages, protecting inventory integrity, and designing material flow that can keep up with rapid growth. An exceptional candidate will be excited to build structure where it matters most — leading people on the floor while shaping the systems, processes, and KPIs that power Base’s manufacturing engine.
First Principles Thinking: Question assumptions. Principles > rules.
Operate at Base Pace: Focus on what matters, act quickly, and learn by doing.
Give & Get Feedback: Be direct, be humble, and maintain a growth mindset.
Everyone’s an Owner: Follow through on commitments and own results.
Strong Opinions, Loosely Held: Drive clarity and make calls with imperfect information.
Committed to the Mission: Rebuilding the grid is a big challenge. We work hard because we care deeply about the impact we’re creating. We work in-person. It’s not a 9-to-5. We are all-in.
Fun & Optimism Coexist with Grit: Collaboration and celebration coincide with the intensity of building real things.
