Lucid Motors is looking for highly motivated Variability Reduction Engineers to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects.  You will closely collaborate with the engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to clearly define quality acceptance standards and specifications based on the Voice of Customer.
