The user experience (UX) researcher creates understanding and empathy around user needs, stated and unstated, for the entire product team including designers, product managers, and engineers.
As the electric vehicle charging pioneer and industry leader, we constantly strive to understand our users’ emerging needs and expectations as we build solutions across consumer and enterprise spaces. The UX researcher evolves our understanding of our users and their journeys, provides insight into emerging behaviour and shapes product definitions by delivering compelling presentations and robust artifacts. They inform strategy, content and interaction design so that the choreography of our products and services delivers value for users on all sides of the business - consumers, customers and internal roles.
Our multidisciplinary UX teams include designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers who are passionate about quality, usability, and performance. We collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and many others to solve complex challenges and craft powerful experiences that highlight our unique product capabilities and personalities.
