The Role
As a Territory Sales Representative for Moxion Power, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development within your designated territory. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, establishing relationships with key companies and stakeholders, and promoting our innovative solutions to potential customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.

Pay Equity

Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

What you'll do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our Energy Solutions customer baseDevelop and execute innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue generation, market penetration and fleet utilizationBuild, manage and prioritize a healthy sales pipeline in line with regional goals, while maintaining an accurate forecastContinuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalabilityAttend conferences and events, facilitate various forms of product demonstrations, and launch and support customer pilots with key accountsInform the overall Energy Solutions business strategy, including identifying and or deepening our understanding of specific applications and use casesWork closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Field Solutions, Customer Success and Product to inform and support company OKR'sSkills to be successful:
