We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within the Craftsmanship-DQ team supporting build activities at various stages of the project development. The person will also support the measuring of deviations in affected interfaces.

Role

Have a good basic understanding as to the assembly process of the Lucid Air for all areas.

Maintain a current built up E-Cube buck for Craftsmanship reviews ensuring parts are updated to replicate the latest design release.

Be capable of building and stripping various areas of the car to support studies and investigations.

Maintain an inventory of all parts delivered to the Craftsmanship studio detailing the revision level supplied and their intended usage.

Be the supervisor of the Craftsmanship/Interior studio and that it is being kept in good housekeeping to maintain the affectivity of the area.

Ensures procedures and quality standards are clearly communicated and actioned.

Inspect each part / assembly to ensure all parts are of a satisfactory standard to support any events.

Liaise with the suppliers to ensure all parts are measured prior to supply to and ensure the necessary copies of the measurement reports relative to each part or assembly are supplied with the parts.

Be able to operate the hand held 3D scanner and generate reports to highlight where fitments differ from CAD design.

Be confident to load CAD relative to the scanning needs and build activities

Support the Craftsmanship and Engineering teams with build events as needed.

Support the Craftsmanship team sensorial studies helping to continue to deliver world class perceived quality

Support the Design Quality team with the recording and storage of AAR parts
