We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Lucid Service’s NPI team. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong project management background. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This program manager will manage a subset of vehicle sub-systems for Lucid’s Service organization.

The Role

  • Maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM)
  • Collaborate with Design Engineers and Technicians to identify new serviceable parts
  • Track upcoming changes and effective dates
  • Provide support and maintenance for the service parts catalog
  • Coordinate serviceability validation for introduction of new serviceable parts
  • Collaborate with Service Supply Chain to ensure a healthy supply strategy is established prior to product launch
  • Document end to end supersession for all serviceable parts
  • Create strategy to ensure the End-of-Life cycle of parts are supported effectively
  • Provide field support with parts escalation inquires
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to organize and drive continuous program improvement 
  • Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and suppliers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes

  • Advantageous:
  • Startup experience focused on early service program development
  • Automotive aptitude for vehicle sub-system parts and manufacturing 
  • PLM Experience (Delmia or equivalent)
  • ERP knowledge to systematically manage product master data and configurations
  • Supply Chain knowledge for Service lifecycle
