We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Lucid Service’s NPI team. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong project management background. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This program manager will manage a subset of vehicle sub-systems for Lucid’s Service organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years of automotive experience or equivalent experienceAbility to organize and drive continuous program improvement Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and suppliersExcellent oral and written communication skillsPassion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes
