The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive logistics, warehouse design, and new product launches. This role plays a key part in designing and executing logistics operations across our manufacturing footprint and distribution centers, with a focus on optimizing material flow and driving operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, ensuring accurate and complete material attributes through consistent stakeholder engagement.Ensure SAP material data accuracy and alignment with PFEP planning requirements.Design efficient warehouse and lineside layouts that optimize material flow, storage capacity, and operational performance.Partner cross-functionally during new product launches to ensure seamless logistics integration, material readiness, and inventory planning.Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and support scalability.Support shop floor execution by providing hands-on guidance, training, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in logistics, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.Proven experience in warehouse design, material flow analysis, and supporting new product launches.Proficiency with industrial engineering tools and methodologies, including lean principles and CAD software (preferably AutoCAD).Experience working in ERP systems, ideally SAP.Familiarity with PFEP database development and maintenance.Bonus Qualifications
Exposure to time studies, process mapping, or simulation tools.Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing industry experience.
