Job Summary

Regrow is looking for a Technical Program Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products by working closely with our Science, Engineering, and Product teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring efficient execution, effective communication, and alignment with our business goals.

What You Will Do

Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they align with our overall business strategy and objectives.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans - including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation - to effectively manage and communicate project progress.

Drive project execution by prioritizing and coordinating activities, managing dependencies, and identifying and mitigating risks to minimize roadblocks and ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, serving as a bridge between Science, Engineering, and Product teams to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure the smooth flow of information.

Monitor project performance and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, refine processes, and optimize team productivity.

Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure transparency and timely communication regarding project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
