Talent Partner

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment into positions at all levels and across all functions, working closely with our candidates to ensure their experience with us is first class in India

Your key focus will be:

• Work alongside the global recruitment team and hiring managers on hiring needs and delivery of the resourcing plan for Carbon Clean
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the India and global offices.
• Coordinate recruitment priorities and support the wider people team in the recruitment strategy
• Develop creative sourcing techniques to attract talent in India
• Review role descriptions prepared by hiring managers to ensure they are positioned to attract the best candidates in the market, that are inclusive and engaging
• Create job advertisement through direct sourcing channels, such as our website, LinkedIn and other job boards
• Coordinate, schedule and logistically manage candidate interviews
• Support hiring managers during the interview and selection process, conducting screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
• Provide new hiring managers with guidance and expertise around the recruitment process, roles and responsibilities and ensuring best practice is applied for optimal candidate experience
• Conclude role processes, ensuring communication and feedback is provided to all candidates
• Compile analytical reports on recruitment activities
• Arrange and co-present hiring skills workshops
• Collaborate with the people team on companywide people projects as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Experience across a scale up or fast-growing company is advantageous
• Able to readily adapts to a rapidly changing  work environment and priorities
• Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility
• Experience sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) would be beneficial.
• Flexible, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise
• Pro-active self-tarter
