Responsibilities:

  • Support the lifecycle of the formal and informal performance evaluation and enablement strategy and process for our exempt and non-exempt workforce, including communication, tools, templates, and training for goal setting, ongoing feedback, formal/informal reviews, and performance calibration.
  • Participate in enabling recognition of performance in partnership with Total Rewards.
  • Support in diagnose, design and deliver scalable high-impact leader and team interventions and/or learning experiences that enable a continuous learning culture in close partnership w/ respective HR.
  • Obtain feedback from stakeholders to conduct learning and development needs assessment, determine the solution for bridging the skills gap, and follow up to determine effectiveness of learning solution.
  • Support in Partnering with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to create innovative solutions for a rapidly growing organization.
  • Gather recommendations/feedback to ensure continuous improvement of solutions regarding the training provided.
  • Support in design, development, and delivery of a career development plan for employees to manage their careers at Lucid, including the creation of career frameworks, experience maps, etc. for growth in current role and preparedness for future opportunities.
  • Support in executing a leadership and high potential assessment and development strategy to identify and prepare key talent for current and future business-critical positions.
  • Support in promoting the diversity and inclusion culture within the organization.
  • Qualifications:

  • Eligible for Tamheer program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or English literature or related field.
  • English fluency is a must.
  • Great people skills, including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Good Microsoft skills.
  • Conscientious, responsible, and reliable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
