Responsibilities:

Support the lifecycle of the formal and informal performance evaluation and enablement strategy and process for our exempt and non-exempt workforce, including communication, tools, templates, and training for goal setting, ongoing feedback, formal/informal reviews, and performance calibration.

Participate in enabling recognition of performance in partnership with Total Rewards.

Support in diagnose, design and deliver scalable high-impact leader and team interventions and/or learning experiences that enable a continuous learning culture in close partnership w/ respective HR.

Obtain feedback from stakeholders to conduct learning and development needs assessment, determine the solution for bridging the skills gap, and follow up to determine effectiveness of learning solution.

Support in Partnering with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to create innovative solutions for a rapidly growing organization.

Gather recommendations/feedback to ensure continuous improvement of solutions regarding the training provided.

Support in design, development, and delivery of a career development plan for employees to manage their careers at Lucid, including the creation of career frameworks, experience maps, etc. for growth in current role and preparedness for future opportunities.

Support in executing a leadership and high potential assessment and development strategy to identify and prepare key talent for current and future business-critical positions.

Support in promoting the diversity and inclusion culture within the organization.
