The Supervisor of Recruiting Coordinators plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the recruitment coordination processes within our organization. This role is responsible for leading a team of recruiting coordinators, ensuring the efficient and seamless execution of the recruitment process, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $96,000 to $128,000 on an annual basis

You Will:
Lead and manage a team of recruiting coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. Develop and maintain team performance metrics to track productivity and efficiency. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions. Develop and maintain standardized procedures and guidelines for the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Implement strategies to provide an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand. Generate and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management on team performance and process effectiveness. Make data driven recommendations to enhance recruitment coordination processes. Manage and drive recruiting projects and programs. Lean in to support coordination activities when volume demands. Manage high-volume, complex candidate interviews including travel and accommodations as needed. Host candidates and ensure the onsite interview process is flawless. Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. You Bring:
3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or a related field. 1+ years of supervisory, mentorship, or leadership experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using TA / HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling software. Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. Familiarity with industry best practices in recruitment coordination. Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.
