Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is simple… You will support the sale and customer journey of low carbon heat pumps to make a big green dent in the planet You will achieve this by driving, changing and measuring optimised processes to smash our sales targets and help millions of households make the transition from fossil fuels to sweet low carbon heating!You will be a pivotal member of the UK’s largest heat pump business to delight our customers and deliver the green heating revolution!

What you'll do
Support the sales leadership team through consistent and efficient execution of processes, alongside agile but structured change and evolution.Immerse yourself in the selling and post sales process, documenting how we work and working closely with the sales and customer support teams to identify and support implementing improvements.Inspect process quality, prioritise opportunities and then formalise these changes and improvements into BAU operations.Embrace technology to document and baseline how we work today, control change over time and accelerate outcomes.Bring people together to make change happen not just in sales, but across the end to end heat pump process.Optimise execution, removing bottlenecks and eliminating inefficiencies through improved ways of working with your peers in marketing, surveying, system design, logistics and installation.Have a clear line of sight and understanding of the impact that sales operational excellence has on their associated KPIs.What you'll need
Relevant operational support management and improvement experienceKnowledge of the UK energy market and willingness learn more about low carbon heating technologiesStrong change management experience in an operational environmentAble to evidence continuous process improvement and slay process inefficiencies wherever they may hideDemonstrable experience of documenting process improvement and utilisation of tools to aid process and project management Awesome communicator with a proven ability to drive change through influence across multi-disciplinary teamsAbility to manage and execute multiple projects and tasks in parallelExperience of scoping and implementing software through collaboration with tech teamsBring people with you on the journey so that we are always striving to be better than we were yesterdayIntense desire to make a green dent in the planet and rid our planet of the use of dirty fossil fuels wherever possible Why else you'll love it here
