Job Brief

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Planner. As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in developing inventory strategies, monitoring design changes and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer needs while minimizing costs.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Supply Planner to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams on demand, supply, production planning, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). As the Supply Planner, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing inventory levels while synchronizing materials and production schedules in collaboration with procurement, production, and engineering teams. We are seeking a proactive, strategic thinker, who also is able to become a determined problem solver when the need arises. You will use your expertise in supply planning, MRP, production planning, and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. We invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

What you will do

Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes, collaborating with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory levels and synchronize materials and production schedules.
Collaborate with Operations to finalize and execute build strategies to support a fast paced production environment.
Communicate changes in supply and demand with key stakeholders, particularly engineering teams, and work together to minimize impact to organizational objectives.
Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for MRP effectiveness, production readiness, and output variances

Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You have time management skills that enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
APICS certification is a plus
5+ years of experience in supply planning or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and Excel.
Proven experience as a supply planner or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets.

At Twelve, it's important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements, Twelve conducts exhaustive research to understand compensation markets. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $108,000 - $135,000

Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidate's diverse sets of skill levels.
