The Supply Chain Data Analyst monitors and examines supply chain master data in order to drive critical business decisions and ensure the on time, on budget delivery of critical business objectives. This role will develop databases, exception reports, dashboards, and data standards to enable the team to move quickly and efficiently and will provide the information backbone that the supply chain organization will use to make decisions.

Be a key Supply Chain Data Enabler focused on enabling and training teams to pull and synthesize their own dataBe the subject matter expert on CFS’ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data structureScope and Develop supply chain data and pipeline requirements with ERP and Data Analytics teams to ensure proper access to necessary datasetsEnforce master data integrity in ERP and related systems and maintain the processes to support data qualityImplement standard Supply Chain metric/dashboard procedureProactively use data to inform and support the Supply Chain organization to assess processes necessary to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectivesParticipate in and drive process improvement projects related to Supply Chain data management and operationsResolve data quality problems and identify areas for improvementConduct data cleaning and exception reportingThe ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain, Computer Programming, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, FinanceFour or more years of experience in data analysis or computer programming.Minimum of 2 years experience with ERP data and functionalityExperience working with relational databasesExperience with Python or similar programming languagesExceptional understanding of ERP master dataIntermediate to expert-level SQL Cross-functional requirements gathering and prioritizationRemarkable problem-solving skills with a bias for actionLearn quickly and adapt to new information and environmentsBe able to work with minimal supervision to follow through on assignments and meet deadlinesPossess excellent judgment and the ability to make and execute on decisions for the holistic betterment of the companyEffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong relationship building skills and the ability to communicate across levels and organizationsStrong computer skillsMS office suite experienceAdditional experience and/or qualifications:
