The Supply Chain Analyst provides analytical support to ensure our tools & processes are at a world class caliber and support supply chain performance. The Global Supply Chain organization’s key objectives are to implement and champion consistent processes across the supply chain planning organization, this role will be crucial in supporting our business by creating valuable, actionable insights about the data, and communicating findings to the business. This individual will work with various stakeholders to determine how to use business data for business solutions/insights. They will drive mastery of planning fundamentals which will enable Beyond Meat to become a best-in-class supply chain organization.

TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Global Supply Chain team with our reporting capabilities by partnering to develop tools and reporting content that will improve our service to both internal and external customersSupport the standardization of processes across the Supply Chain by collaborating to develop and/or enhance policies and proceduresUnderstand business challenges, create valuable actionable insights about the data, and communicate your findingsSupport the development of core supply chain metrics including inventory management, service level performance and planning metricsMonitor, analyze, and report on inventory performance including non-performing inventories, and facilitate and execute improvement opportunities with Supply Planning and Deployment PlanningEvaluate inventory levels and the min/max safety stock recommendations, and propose improvement opportunities across all inventory bucketsBuild capabilities within Supply Planning to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction and to meet company KPIsAssist in the training of end-users on new/improved processes and utilize metrics to ensure/measure end-user complianceProvide high level summaries/conclusions to management/peers by analyzing and interpreting large datasetsParticipate in supply chain initiatives such as system implementations, KPI development, process optimization, and network optimizationProvide basic, non-technical system support to end users by fielding inquiries regarding our supply chain day to day requirementsAssist with Reporting/Analysis support for cross category or ad hoc requestsBuild credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levelsQUALIFICATIONS -Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science or related field required3+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain with a high level of focus in data analysis1-3 years of cross-functional supply chain and inventory planning with hands on experience in developing KPI reportingAPICS or CPSM certification a plusStrong analytical skills with the capacity to problem solve and influence decision-makingCapable of engaging in multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting priorities to meet deadlinesDisplay the aptitude to learn new processes and analytical tools quicklyPossess interpersonal skills to work within a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Windows PC; Microsoft office Suite, Smartsheet, and Google docsIntermediate to Advanced skills in Excel is a mustExperience with Data Visualization tools considered a plus: Tableau, Dundas, etcHands-on experience with ERP modules such as Netsuite or SAPWORK ENVIRONMENT
In-office five days per week at our El Segundo, CA office
