We are currently seeking a Supplier Relationship Program Manager.  The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and manage Lucid’s Supplier Relationship Management Program.

You Will:

  • Develop a multi-pillared approach for Supplier Relationship management across performance, compliance, risk, ESG and business value 
  • Work with senior level stakeholders within Supply Chain and the broader enterprise to define effective and appropriate measures of Lucid’s Supplier Relationship program
  • Facilitate executive ( "top to top ") sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers
  • Collaborate with existing Supply base to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Develop data driven and objective metrics that satisfy the business requirements
  • Create reports, dashboards, presentations that clearly articulate state of relationship
  • Develop Lucid feedback program to measure Lucid standing with our supply base
  • Develop a playbook to be adopted by the Supply Chain organization to address performance improvement requirements
  • Co-ordinate and program manage the actions defined to improve supplier performance
  • Effectively communicate Supplier Relationship metrics with the Purchasing team to feed into the development of future supplier selection strategies
  • Set the foundation for and develop a future Supplier Recognition Awards program
  • Coach, develop and mentor Supply Chain Analyst/s in their team to optimize the effectiveness of Supply Chain improvement projects
  • You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or supply chain - MBA preferred
  • 5 years post education work experience in a preferably automotive supply chain role significantly involved with program management
  • 2+ years of Supplier/Business development 
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hand-on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices and deliver optimal results
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
