As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with a team of world-class engineers with diverse backgrounds in areas such as robotics, controls, and vehicle engineering to develop vehicle attribute deliverables. You’ll be an integral part of the Vehicle Integration and lead the attribute teams to successfully develop and deliver a high-quality product to market.
In this role, you will:
Drive the end-to-end program execution for key vehicle attributes (e.g., vehicle dynamics, NVH, thermal, energy, ergonomics, safety) by defining schedules, identifying critical paths, and managing dependenciesLead cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements, deliverables, and priorities, ensuring tight alignment with high-level program milestonesProactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, and drive complex technical issues to resolution by facilitating root-cause analysis and trade-off discussionsServe as the central point of communication for program status, clearly and concisely reporting progress, risks, and trade-off decisions to stakeholders and senior leadershipFacilitate key program meetings and gate reviews, ensuring teams are prepared with high-quality deliverables and robust development plansQualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering At least 8 years of experience, wtih 5+ years of experience in technical program management within the automotive industry Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional engineering teams, manage ambiguity, and ship a complex, integrated productExceptional organizational skills and expertise in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and product development lifecyclesOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical topics for a diverse audience, from engineers to executives
