We are currently seeking a Supplier Conformance Specialist.  This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong analytical background who will be responsible for conformance analysis, processing chargebacks, driving root cause analysis of non-conformity, communicating with suppliers while supporting service level agreements and meeting key performance indicators.

You Will

  • Drive supplier conformance activities related to chargebacks and root cause analysis
  • Act as a liaison between internal Lucid teams and suppliers to obtain alignment on non-conformance activities and outcomes
  • Lead supplier conformance process development
  • Set up and provide regular dashboards / reports on supplier conformance performance measures and all KPIs to support communications to senior leadership
  • Create weekly recaps on trends, root causes, and status updates with analysis to drive out inefficiencies, inaccurate data and unnecessary costs.
  • Analyze all supplier non-conformance and report findings to improve processes to eliminate possible future issues.
  • Facilitate collaborative meetings with key stakeholders to review supplier conformance issues documenting notes and supplier corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross functional teams to review onboarding tasks.
  • Execute tasks and systems maintenance for Supply Chain initiatives within established timelines.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Update internal Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals and coordinate version control and distribution.
  • Partner with suppliers to resolve claim issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with suppliers and other cross-functional teams to improve data quality and timeliness and develop and manage KPIs, SLA’s by utilizing technology, systems, and other teams to develop robust financial reporting and dashboards.
  • Develop and utilize conformance Management tools to identify problems and concerning trends before they can be of greater risk to the organization or its partnerships.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and create Process Maps and visual charts for more complicated activities and functions

  • You Bring:

  • 3+ Years of Demonstrated Experience in Supply Chain.
  • 2+ years Reporting and Data Analysis experience
  • 2+ years of supplier management with emphasis on negotiation and resolution of supplier conformance activities
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Project management experience with the ability to work with aggressive timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong curiosity and a resolute mindset toward continuous process improvement with the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes.
  • Occasional travel to support the business may be required.
  • Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent field.
  • Master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
